is our lead singer, guitarist, pianist, lyricist, and incidentally, plays
the fastest. He is tall and has very big feet-which mean he usually wears
really big shoes. He once tried to wear bright white sneakers to a show
at the elmo-well Len (another pretty tall man) wouldn't have any of that
shit. "Go home!" he said-I could only laugh. Derek did go home
and change and when he came back, he looked more beautiful then ever...
MM is our guitar player-he has very long and spindly fingers that make weird and wonderful sounds when rubbed up against guitar strings. He is very intelligent and can easily trick you into losing a game of chess with him. It also appears that he spends a lot of time in the shower-or avoiding the phone. He drives a van. Slowly. He reminds me of a slow-loris. In a good way. We should all just have a lay-down...
LL is not pictured at the moment, although I know photos of him do now exist. Maybe even some of him playing bass in our band-our band is called parts unknown-in case you have forgotten-and if you have, please check your shoes on your way out as you may have left them untied. I feel uncomfortable calling him Lucky-I used to think that it was because I didn't know him well enough, but now I know him plenty but I think I'm going to stick to calling him Alex. He is learning how to sing with his bass, which works out quite nicely for us since we all know he is a wicked singer. And he looks good too-thank God!
EJ, here seen playing drums, is me, eric. What can one man possibly say about a man that is himself. I like playing drums. I like to listen to my bandmates play their instruments and sing their songs. I especially like when I play along with those songs and then all of a sudden it a feels right. And important. And then I feel like kissing minesh on the lips. I laugh out loud now, thinking about his reaction to a kiss on the lips-a smile, then, "what did you do that for?" and then we would all laugh and go on to the next number...
