Parts Unknown is always interested in buying old comic books. What we are really interested in are comic books that are priced 10 and 12-cent cover price. These books are from the time period 1930 to 1968. And we sometimes will want 15-cent cover price too depending on the book. If you have any issues of Dark Hawk or any issues of Toy Boy do not bring them. They are very common and they stink.

Parts Unknown is really looking to purchase collections large and small of old comic books. The best time to bring them to the store is on Mondays and Tuesdays. Thursdays are cool days too but never on Wednesdays. That is the new book day and we are way too busy selling new stuff and back issues of Dark Hawk to really give you a fair look.

If you are very curious what your books are worth just call and ask for John. That is the guy who is writing all this stuff. I will look over your books and will give you a professional opinion of their value for free. Is that cool or what?

Oh, and if I yell at you that your best bet is to sell your books at a yard sale, that is not a good sign. Sometimes I have to be cruel to be kind but at least you were smart enough to check them out and find out if they are worth a buck or not.

I have been collecting original comic book artwork since the seventies and would like to see what you have for sale. I even am curious to see what you have in your collection. So if you want to show off your cool art bring it in. Again, any day but Wednesday because it is very busy.
